Booked an apartment for 3 nights confirmed by email only to be told on arrival by receptionist that we were not booked into apartment but single room. When I complained hotel manager swivelled round in his chair and said “ we can’t help you we are fully booked “ Very unprofessional!!
Dear Seashells as a response to your reply, I am happy to forward email stating I had booked an apartment not a room, if I could have posted the confirmation booking email I certainly would have!!
And if you have issues with 3rd party booking services then maybe don’t advertise with them
Lovely property in a beautiful location, 10 minutes or so walk to beautiful Yallingup Beach
Very comfy bed, great bathroom, nice lounge area and balcony space. Well equipped kitchenette which we used for breakfast purposes. Birdlife galore giving a lovely morning chorus. On site pub/restaurant was also very good and reasonably priced.
Lorna and the staff are fantastic to deal
with. The apartments are always very clean and well equipped. Location, outlook and gardens superb.
The shower over the spa makes it very difficult to get in and out. Would be ok for young persons only.

Stayed for one night on the first floor. We were welcomed and throughout our stay dealt with by staff members with the best of customer service. Very friendly and helpful. The apartment is very clean and spacious The apartment is tastefully furnished with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The balcony overlooking the grassed area is very nice. We will definitely be coming back for another stay.
800m walk to lovely beach or quick drive. Wifi not great in our room, separate connection supplied when queried. food available in Caves House Hotel next door.
Beautifully located in the grounds of Caves House, the rooms are large, well appointed and the bed was comfortable. Waking up in the morning at first light with the cacophony of birds was a wonderful experience. Definitely the place to stay in Yallingup.
We have stayed at the resort many times. Highly recommend it to anyone couple wanting some peace and quiet but still near to attractions. We always stay in a one bedroom apartment which is well stocked with kitchen appliances and spotless. After exploring the local area we just love sitting on the balcony enjoying the views of the garden, seeing the wildlife and listening to the ocean in the distance whilst enjoying a glass of wine. If you're not wanting to drive, the local pub is on the door step providing a warm atmosphere and great food. We just love this place and always feel relaxed after the break.
